Repertoire announced for 2027 competition!

Each category requires 3 separate pieces. Accompaniment where appropriate is suggested, but not required.

No editing within a work, movement, piece, song etc is allowed. You may cut out empty audio between movements if needed but no music or playing should be altered in any way. If judges determine that editing has been used applicants may be disqualified.

2027 Classical Clarinet:

  • Louis Spohr: Clarinet Concerto No.2, Op.57 – 1st Movement
  • Louis Cahuzac: Arlequin for Solo Clarinet
  • A single contrasting work of applicant’s choice – not to exceed 10 minutes

Please make separate tracks for each piece or song.  DO NOT put your name in the filename, label each file with the correct composition title. Please submit the repertoire in the order listed here. Audio recordings only, no video.

All materials must be uploaded by December 31st, 11:59PM EST. Poor audio quality may affect judges’ decisions. Winners will be announced in February 2027.

  • Roger Boutry: Divertimento – Movements 2 and 3
  • Gabriela Ortiz: Mambo Ninón

  • Broadway, Moment’s Notice, Tea for Two
